Coronary angiography

Swing the C-arm round a real heart and see the picture the detector records. Every standard projection is one click away — and the 3D heart beside it shows why each one opens up some branches and hides others.

Anatomy: BodyParts3D, © DBCLS, CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan — the atlas heart's own coronary tree, branch by branch. The circumflex's run to the crux in left- and co-dominant hearts, the ramus and the sinoatrial branch are drawn for this trainer.

Dominance

The right coronary reaches the crux and gives the posterior descending artery and the posterolateral branch. The usual pattern — around three hearts in four.
