Terms of Service
The rules for using Tashrih and for buying a subscription: who runs it, what you get, how renewal and cancellation work, and what you can and can't do with the content.

Who we are
Tashrih (tashrih.dev) is an online anatomy atlas and course for students on the Bac Sciences track and the medical PCEM track. It is run by Ameni Grami, an individual based in Tunisia ("we", "us" in these terms).
By creating an account, or by buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Online orders are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders: Paddle takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice or receipt, and handles payment questions and refunds.
When you buy through our checkout, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to that purchase: www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. These terms cover your use of Tashrih itself.
What you are buying
A subscription gives you full access to one study track — Bac Sciences or Médecine PCEM — for as long as it is active. Part of the content stays free to everyone, with or without a subscription.
You can pay monthly or yearly. The price, and any tax added for your country, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Vouchers
You can also unlock a track with a voucher code bought directly from us. These sales are made by us, not through Paddle.
A voucher gives access for the period stated when you buy it and does not renew automatically. Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may carry an expiry date.
Your account
Use a valid email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. An account is for one person; you are responsible for what happens under it.
Acceptable use
Tashrih is for your own personal study. You may not copy, download in bulk, redistribute, resell, publish or share our content — texts, illustrations, 3D models, quizzes — or share access to your account.
You may not scrape the site, try to get around the paywall or our security, or do anything that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Our content
The content on Tashrih belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us; some 3D models and images are used under their own licences and credited where they appear. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own study while it is active.
Education, not medical advice
Tashrih is a study aid. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be used to make decisions about anyone's health.
We work hard to keep the content accurate, but it may contain mistakes. Check what you learn against your course and your teachers, and tell us if you find an error.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Tashrih available and to keep improving it, which means features and content may change. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Limitation of liability
Tashrih is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Tashrih in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
